New Rollei Soluna 300 LED permanent light, Soluna 500 Pro revised

With the Soluna 300, the manufacturer Rollei is expanding the high-performance Soluna LED series by another member with powerful 300 watts, which are continuously adjustable. The revised Soluna 500 Pro also impresses with the new, even quieter fan. Due to the flicker-free light characteristics, the two LED permanent lights are ideal for photographers and videographers who prefer to work in the studio.

The new Soluna 300 extends the product family of LED permanent lights from the Soluna series with a compact model, which is aimed at photographers and videographers who prefer to work in the studio. With the Soluna 300 as a creative tool in the illumination of motifs, flicker-free recordings can be achieved with low heat generation and high energy efficiency.

With an output of 300 watts, which can be continuously adjusted between 0 and 100% in one percent steps, and the daylight-like color temperature of 5,500 Kelvin, it is possible to switch off the fan for video recordings. For even more creative possibilities, the Soluna 300 offers five different light effects, each with ten different frequencies. The CRI (color rendering index) of the light is over 97 and the TLCI (Television Lighting Consistency Index) over 98. The Soluna 300 is also characterized by an illuminance of 48,500 lux (measured at 0.5 meters without reflector).

Light setups can be set in 32 groups and 16 channels and can also be operated not only on the LED permanent light itself but also via the Soluna Remote Control or the smartphone app. The LED permanent light is also equipped with DMX512 control.

In addition to the scope of delivery, which in addition to the continuous light also includes a 70 ° standard reflector and the appropriate protective cap, the Soluna 300 is equipped with the Bowens S-Type bayonet. A wide variety of compatible light shapers can be used.

Rollei is also presenting the revised LED permanent light Soluna 500 Pro. A new fan was installed here so that the volume during operation could now be reduced by 20% and is therefore even better suited for video recordings with sound.

Further technical details and information can be found in the attached PDF document at the end of this mail. The Soluna 300 for € 499 (RRP) and the revised Soluna 500 Pro for € 799 are now available in the Rollei shop (see related link).
